1. Request account deletion from the Mobile app
The mobile app offers you the option to delete your account, which automatically will also remove your personal data.
You can access this feature in the Configuration tab, under the “Unsubscribe” option.
This option is offered in the following apps developed by Nemi Mobility Solutions SL:
- Nemi
- AMB Bus a Demanda Cervelló
- Sierra Car Valle Lozoya
- Cots Alsina
- PNDS flexible
- Gautxori Morea
2. Request Account deletion via email
In case you don’t want or you cannot use the 1st option (request account deletion from the mobile app), you can always request manually the account deletion and the personal data removal via email at gdpr@nemi.mobi at any time.
Update or remove specific personal data:
You can also contact us at gdpr@nemi.mobi or at support@nemi.mobi in case you don’t want to request an account deletion, but you only want to remove or update some of your personal data.
